Custom Moore Bettah Tenor Ukulele

This beautiful custom Moore Bettah tenor ukulele was handcrafted by master luthier Chuck Moore from the Big Island, Hawaii. Chuck is known for creating some of the most aesthetically pleasing and professional-level ukuleles available on the market, catering to both professional musicians and recreational players.

Crafted from the finest materials, this ukulele features a stunning 5A master grade curly Hawaiian mango wood top, back, and sides. The design takes advantage of the natural characteristics of the wood to create the illusion of a three-piece back, although it actually consists of a bookmatched two-piece back. The Hawaiian milo wood bridge complements the Macassar ebony wood fingerboard, along with a beautiful yellow hibiscus-themed inlay made of dyed hardwoods and Hawaiian koa. The neck is hand-carved from Honduras mahogany and reinforced with carbon fiber for added stability. Additionally, there is a side sound port that enhances the player’s experience by directing sound upward toward them while still projecting outward to the audience. The ukulele also features a Hawaiian koa wood top and back binding, as well as matching fingerboard and headstock binding, which contribute to its elegant appeal. The soundboard, back, and sides are adorned with delicate purfling lines that complement the natural hues of the Hawaiian mango wood body. Position marker inlays made of tulip wood are placed at the 5th, 7th, 10th, 12th, and 15th frets, with a Hawaiian koa wood rosette completing the design. It boasts a classic headstock design finished with high gloss nitrocellulose.

This ukulele produces a wonderfully warm tone with excellent sustain, clarity, and projection. It is well-balanced tonally across the entire neck and has precise intonation. Highly recommended for players, recording artists, weekend giggers, and ukulele enthusiasts alike, this instrument truly represents the best of what is available! #260019
