Limited Edition Pono Tenor Ukulele

Beautiful Limited Edition Pono PTES-500 Tenor Ukulele with paua shell inlay, Macassar Ebony wood back and sides, and a Spruce soundboard. This piece is a wonderful player ukulele with an economical budget in mind. Classic Pono PTES-500 made a few years back but remains in full original and gently played condition. It’s in 9+ out of a perfect 10 condition and is a special limited run that Ko’olau did on the Pono line in which they made only about 21 of these ukes.

Spruce top with Macassar Ebony wood back and sides. Macassar Ebony fretboard, bridge, and headstock cap, with special vine inlay of paua shell on the fretboard for aesthetic appeal. This uke also has paua shell inlay purfling on the soundboard and on the back (just like the Model 500 Ko’olau ukes of the previous generation.) Beautiful piece and wonderful tones as well. There are a few sound clips on youtube of what these ukes sound like as well but only a few of them out there so if you’re looking for a wonderful playing uke with special inlay work but yet very affordable this is the uke for you! Includes an ‘Oscar Schmidt’ hard case in excellent condition as well.
