Preowned. Beautiful Custom Glyph Tenor Ukulele handcrafted by luthier David Means of Annapolis, Maryland in wonderful original condition. Glyph instruments are highly sought-after custom pieces that rarely surface on the open market.

This beautiful custom Glyph is handcrafted from a gorgeous set of Hawaiian Koa wood on the face, back, and sides with a solid Honduras mahogany wood neck for added stability and transference of the vibrations back into the body.  Gabon ebony wood neck and bridge, consistent with the materials used by musician on their custom ukuleles. Rosewood top and back binding with paua abalone shell rosette. The instrument has a twelve-fret joint to the body with an elegant double-bound wood rosette and white-black-white top purfling,  and side-of-the-neck position markers for quick reference, mother-of-pearl classic Glyph inlay on the headstock, and slotted headstock design. Professional Waverly geared tuners for smooth and precise tuning. Satin finish on the body and neck.

This instrument is a phenomenal player ukulele and remarkably light in weight, but very well balanced. Beautiful tones, great sustain, excellent projection and note separation.
