This wonderful and extremely rare Moore Bettah tenor ukulele was crafted from the finest materials – gorgeous master grade Hawaiian Koa wood top, back, and sides, macassar ebony fretboard, bridge, top and back binding with a stylish matching end graph and heel cap. The neck is a rare version carved from Hawaiian Koa wood and is carbon fiber reinforced for added stability. The soundboard and side of the body boasts an elegant purling line. Gorgeous abalone ‘paua’ shell and black pearl inlay on the soundboard, rosette, and vine inlay on the fingerboard and headstock for classic appeal. Vine inlay on positions 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, and 15 for quick reference when playing. Reconstructed stone nut and saddle. Musicians grade high gloss finish.
Rich and complex tones with excellent sustain, clarity, and projection. The instrument is very well balanced tonally all the way up the neck and spot on intonation as well. Highly recommended player piece. And this is as good as it gets for recording artists, weekend giggers, and the uke-lover at heart!
