This one was handcrafted in 2004 and remains in full original and near mint condition. Constructed of a gorgeous Hawaiian Koa face, back, and sides, this custom piece also emphasizes a solid rosewood fretboard and bridge, a Honduran mahogany neck, faux tortoise shell top binding with bone nut and saddle and a wonderful paua shell inlay on soundboard with matching rosette. High gloss finish.
A beautiful and rare piece that rings true with wonderful tones, rich and clear, and handcrafted here in Hawaii. The tones on this uke are truly wonderful. Very warm and precise yet complex all the way up the neck. Highly recommended in craftsmanship and tone and amongst the best and rarest to be built in Hawaii.
