Custom Les Rietfors Ukulele

Beautiful Les Rietfors Concert Ukulele in wonderful refinished condition. This piece is tremendously rare and a wonderful collector’s and player’s piece. Premium Hawaiian Koa face, back, & sides with maple wood fretboard and bridge. Beautiful rope binding rosette and purfling on soundboard. Hawaiian flag wood inlay on headstock. Ivroid colored binding Honduran mahogany neck and Grover open-geared machine tuners for precision tuning. The uke has some fretboard wear. No scratches in the finish. I had this instrument pore-filled and glossed with a nitrocellulose high gloss finish even better than the original finish. There is also a hairline on the treble side of the lower bout that has been professionally repaired. This concert is one of the best ‘player’ ukuleles I have come across. It is tremendously bright and has excellent volume and sustain. This is a definite keeper for both the collector and the true player. His ukuleles are amongst the most desired custom ukuleles to have been made and tremendously difficult to locate. Unfortunately, Les Rietfors has since passed away in 2005 but his love of music, the Hawaiian culture and people, and the art of fine luthiery lives on through his legacy of beautifully handcrafted instruments. Price: please email 美しいほぼ新品同様のとてもレアな Les Rietfors 氏のカスタムコンサートです。このウクレレはコレクターにもプレイヤーにも喜ばれるウクレレだと思います。 ハ ワイ産コアのボディーで、フレットボード，ブリッジはメープルです。美しいロープ状のバインディングがサウンドボード、サウンドホールに施されています。 ナットとサドルはボーンで、ハワイの旗のウッドインレイがヘッドストックに入っています。ネックはホンデュラスのマホガニーで、Groverチュー ナーが使われています。フレットボードが使い込まれ，ストラムマークも少しついています。さらにウクレレのサイドの所に髪の毛ほどの幅の傷がついています が、あるビルダーに見てもらったところ、傷が大きくなっているということもなく安定している傷だとの事でした。個人的にこのウクレレはプレイヤーのウクレ レの中で１、２を争うものではないかと思います。とても明るい音がしますし、とてもよく響き、サスティーンも最高です！とても人気のLes Riestfors氏のウクレレでプレイヤーにもコレクターにもお勧めです。なかなか手に入りません。Rietfors氏は２００５年に亡くなられましたが彼の音楽、ハワイの文化、人々に対する思いは今でも彼の美しいウクレレを通して伝えられています。
