New Arrival! Custom Ana`ole Hawaiian Flag Tenor Ukulele. Handcrafted here in Hawaii by Gareth Yahiku, Ana`ole Ukuleles creates the finest in  high-end custom Hawaiian ukuleles. Indeed, a classic building style that only comes with experience but yet a contemporary flair in aesthetics and a sound that appeals to the most acute ears. Only 10-12 ukuleles made per year.

This Custom Ana`ole Hawaiian Flag Tenor Ukulele comes complete with gorgeous Hawaiian Koa wood back and sides with a Sitka spruce soundboard. The featured theme of the instrument is of the Hawaiian flag as it furls in the wind. The Hawaiian flag is entirely hand cut and fashioned out of Hawaiian Koa wood (reds), curly Maple wood (whites), and Alaskan Sitka sinker wood spruce (blue) that receives its natural bluish color from the rich minerals and icy waters of the Alaskan rivers. In addition, this beauty boasts a Maple wood top and back binding with black-white pinstripe on the soundboard for aesthetic appeal, a Maple wood fretboard and bridge with matching Maple wood binding on fretboard for quick and smooth play up the neck, and professional Grover machine tuners for precise tuning. Honduras mahogany neck for added stability. Ebony wood headstock plate with classic Ana`ole [ A ] logo in ‘paua’ or abalone shell. High gloss nitrocelluloise finish. Wonderful tonal qualities and a truly beautiful work of art!

Gareth is one of the custom instrument builders who apprenticed under G-String Ukulele Co. for a number of years, working on many of the semi-custom and full custom instruments at the time. He now handcrafts his own instruments under the label of Ana`ole Ukuleles for your enjoyment. A rare find for the true uke enthusiast.
