1917 Ernest K. Ka’ai ukulele handcrafted in Honolulu, Hawaii in the early throws of popularity of ukulele and all things Hawaii. This Ka’ai ukulele was handcrafted of Mahogany wood on the face, back, and sides with a mustache inlay at the butt of the instrument, paying tribute to the early construction techniques of the Portuguese.
