Curly koa back and sides with engelmann spruce soundboard, and ebony fingerboard and bridge. Abalone position markers and KK on headstock with heart abalone rosette around soundhole. Rosewood top binding, BWB purfling and much more. The tuners are mini (Gibson Shaft) Gold/Acrylic Button and the pick-up is an Fishman Acoustic Matrix (2-1/4 Inch). Beautiful Kamaka ‘Special’ Pineapple of the early 1930s. It is said that the pineapple model was the very uke that saved Kamaka from going bankrupt during the early stages of production. 1996s Kamaka Ukulele in near mint condition. This one is an incredible backyard jam ukulele in wonderful condition.
