Custom William King Ukulele

A beautiful Custom William King Tenor Ukulele built in Austin, TX in excellent condition. This custom tenor ukulele is a twelve fret joint to the body and was a special project that William undertook for the 2006 Ukulele Guild of Hawaii. Indian rosewood back and sides, Swiss spruce top, curly Koa bindings, Honduras mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard, bridge and faceplate, MOP snowflake markers, Waverly tuners with ebony buttons,  Mi-Si preamp with L.R. Baggs under saddle transducer. The uke has been gently played and did have very light strum marks on the soundboard.

Constructed of gorgeous figured Honduras Mahogany top, back and sides with ebony fretboard and bridge. Mahogany neck for added stability. This piece boasts an rosewood top and back binding, meticulous paua shell rosette and upper purfling, and classic diamond style fretboard inlay position markers. 14 fret joint to the body with 18 overall frets to the soundhole. It features a cutaway, rosewood body and headstock binding, side purfling, a paua rosette, paua top and headstock purfling, a radiused ebony fretboard bound in ebony with ivory position markers and an ebony tie style bridge.
