Custom Koa Works Ukulele. A beautiful Custom Koa Works Tenor Ukulele built here on the island of Oahu. This one is dated 2006 but went virtually unplayed and is in mint condition. Constructed of gorgeous Hawaiian curly Koa wood on back and sides and Bear-claw sitka spruce top with ebony fretboard and bridge. This beauty boasts a beautiful ebony wood binding on front, back and heel cap. Paua shell inlay position markers and gorgeous paua shell inlay on soundboard and paua shell rosette. Professional Gotoh machine tuners, nitrocellulose high gloss finish with Molokai deer antler nut and saddle and a sound that rings true ‘Hawaii’.

This beauty really sings and has excellent volume and incredible sustain. The low tones are nice and long and crisp and balanced on the high end as well.
