Selling an Instrument?

We are particularly interested in Moore Bettah, Pegasus, DeVine, Kawika, Lymana, Les Rietfors, Scheurenbrand, Glyph, Island Traditions, Koa Works, and Custom Kamaka ukuleles. Payment Methods

Payment accepted via cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa throughPaypal (on most ukuleles), USPS Money Order, and bank payment via wire transfer. Please email for details on wire transfer and Paypal payment restrictions. (4.7% Hawaii State consumers tax will be assessed on purchases occurring within the State of Hawaii.)

Shipping & Handling Procedures

Instruments will be detuned, packed securely and insured for the full value when sent out. USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail will be used for packages sent domestically and USPS Express Mail will be used for international shipping. Fees include shipping, insurance, and packaging and handling. Please email for quote.

Approval Period & Return Policy

Local purchases, all sales final. Two day approval period on internet sales. After 48 hours, no returns. Buyer assumes all shipping charges. In the event of a return, (the buyer) must notify Ukulele Friend within two days of receiving the package. The instrument must be returned in the condition it was originally sent and received back in Hawaii within 7 days from the time of notification for a return. Shipping costs will be deducted from the return, and buyer will assume all shipping & handling costs.
