This beautiful guitar was a special commission undertaken by the Kamaka custom shop in the late sixties and remains in gorgeous refinished condition.
Master grade Brazilian Rosewood wood back and sides with tight grain Spruce wood soundboard for added clarity and depth and a full range response. Solid Honduran Mahogany wood neck and Brazilian Rosewood top and back binding, ebony wood fingerboard and a matching Brazilian Rosewood headstock cap and bridge for aesthetic appeal. Intricate classical guitar rosette fashioned in traditional style with a top, back, and side maple purfling line for a subtle but elegant appeal.
A phenomenal tonal instrument with incredible projection and wonderful sustain! All the depth and warmth expected of a Brazilian Rosewood instrument. Tremendous clarity and very well balanced notes all the way up the neck.
