A wonderful Sonny D tenor ukulele in beautiful original condition. This uke has a 17 inch scale and is one of the more recent model Sonny D ukuleles. The classic label inside in gold fashion is one of the most recognizable character traits of Sonny D ukuleles out there and the tones are truly wonderful.
Handcrafted on the island of Oahu out of Hawaiian Koa wood on top, back and ides with beautiful sap wood book-match down the center of the soundboard and gorgeous wood rosette. A rare find and a great build by one of Hawaii’s seasoned builders.
Very rich and warm in tones with excellent projection and sustain. Includes original (used) hardcase.
