1940s Martin Tenor Ukulele
Beautiful Martin Tenor Ukulele from the 1940s in all original and wonderful condition. All mahogany face, back, and sides with rosewood fretboard and bridge. Faux tortoise shell binding on face and back.
This vintage Martin ukulele has some minor play wear on the fretboard and light strum marks over the soundboard area and one small shallow surface scratch on the butt of the instrument. All in all it’s a wonderful vintage Martin ukulele with the classic 12-fret joint to the body construction, placing the bridge in the optimum location at the lower bout.
A silky and warm classic Martin mahogany sound with a bold projection and sustain. Excellent clarity and note separation. A highly recommended ukulele for both the andPerfect intonation with great for the collector, musician, and musician at heart.
