Custom Ana`ole Tenor Ukulele (TA-2)

アナオレ・ウクレレ(特別注文)

New Arrival! Custom Ana`ole Tenor (TA-2) Ukulele handcrafted in Hawaii by Gareth Yahiku. Ana`ole Ukuleles creates the finest in  high-end custom Hawaiian ukuleles. Indeed, a classic building style that only comes with experience but yet a contemporary flair in aesthetics and a sound that appeals to the most acute ears. Only 10-12 ukuleles made per year.

This Custom Ana`ole TA-2 Tenor Ukulele comes complete with curly Hawaiian Koa wood back and sides with Englemann spruce top. In addition, this beauty boasts a simple abalone shell rosette around the soundhole and professional Grover open-geared machine tuners for precision tuning less all the weight of a traditional closed-geared tuner. Ebony fretboard and bridge and honduras mahogany neck for added stability. Single black celluloid top binding and high gloss nitrocelluloise finish. Excellent tonal qualities. Intonation is dead on and perfect balance, crisp highs and deep lows. Excellent sustain on each chord.

Ana`ole Ukuleles typically sell for $1350-$3250 depending on the model. This is the newest addition to the family, the TA-1, handcrafted with the ‘player’ in mind and with simple elegance and all the tonal qualities one would want from an Ana`ole at a fraction of the price.

Absolutely gorgeous! Gareth is one of the custom instrument builders who apprenticed under G-String Ukulele Co. for a number of years, working on many of the semi-custom and full custom instruments at the time. He now handcrafts his own instruments under the label of Ana`ole Ukuleles for your enjoyment.

A rare find for the true uke enthusiast. Best of luck and thank you for looking!
