Custom ukuleles by Halekoa Ukulele (2010). Beautiful custom Halekoa tenor ukulele handcrafted by Steve Williams of Honolulu, HI in excellent original condition. Constructed of gorgeous Hawaiian Koa wood face, back, and sides. Ebony fretboard and bridge with a honduras mahogany neck for added stability. Beautiful maple wood top and back binding with a classy maple wood back seem for added aesthetic appeal. 14 fret joint to the body with 19 overall frets to the soundhole and a bone nut and saddle set up.
Nice classic Koa sound and a very light weight ukulele as well. Excellent clarity and sustain. The overall center balance of the instrument is also wonderful and is easy to cradle up against your body when playing.
